Youtube video freak out. Very strange?

So I uploaded a 4 minutes sexy video of myself on youtube for my boyfriend who is now traveling. Of course I chose the private option.
Within a minute of the video being processed, the video still had 0 views. When I tried to view it The video was only 2:38 seconds long, and exactly the most sexiest parts of the video were edited. When I sent the link to my bf it was the same.
PLease this question is not about if its right or wrong to upload the video of me sexy dancing. Remember it was on private option.
I find the Idea of someone actually seeing within seconds the millions of videos that are uploaded worrying. From reading the youtube legal notice I couldn’t get an answer.
Does anyone know If someone actually reviews the videos, or what happened, if there is a software smart with Artificial intelligence that can scan a video for partial nudity,
the sexiest part at around 2:40 in the video lasts less than 15 seconds

Wow I imagined that maybe someone could review it if my account was flagged , but within a minute of it being uploaded is really scary.
keep in mind thousands of videos are uploaded everyday.
Do they have the right to edit it and remove what they don’t like. That’s crazy.
So now if i delete it, will a copy remain on their server?
